Introducing Our Founder
My name is Polly, founder of We are Wildflowers. I enjoy surfing, yoga-ing, and cuddling my two chi’s, Lenny and Veda. I'm drawn to the sun, bush and water, which helps me to reconnect with my curiosity, passions and creativity.
Personal Journey and Inspiration
I grew up with my triplet brother Pierce, who inspired and challenged me for 26 years to better understand myself and others, especially in the realms of relating and communicating.
Professional Experience and Approach
I’ve had the privilege to lead nature-based programs and work with remarkable young people, always with a focus on communication, connection, and enriching our relationships with ourselves, each other, and nature.
My journey blends meaningful personal experiences with professional training across a range of modalities including speech therapy, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed practices, menstrual education, neurodiversity methodology, and somatic techniques involving movement, voice, and breath.
The Birth of We are Wildflowers
We are Wildflowers emerged out of a desire to create an intuitive, intimate, and inclusive model for wellbeing—offering experiences designed to foster self-care, social inclusion, and authentic self-expression. We are Wildflowers mirrors my own journey of coming home to my self.
It is a space where our wild selves is encouraged.
